Here is a new luxury development with lots for sale.  Just what we need, more unaffordable land. To be fair, this is a nice location, but what is needed is lots like this for a reasonable price.  To build on these lots would mean a cost of above 300,000 for the cheapest lot.  They have water and electric but would require a septic system.  The only lots available for under 100,000 in Kingman seem to be tiny or  not in a desirable location. http://www.kingmandailyminer.com/main.asp?SectionID=13&SubSectionID=18&ArticleID=11566&TM=53444.27
