March 21st, 2007Here is a new luxury development with lots for sale. Just what we need, more unaffordable land. To be fair, this is a nice location, but what is needed is lots like this for a reasonable price. To build on these lots would mean a cost of above 300,000 for the cheapest lot. They have water and electric but would require a septic system.
