To spite the folks in our community that don’t want to waste the money to bring suit to enforce our CC&R’s they build a big UGLY barn beside their house using some used material. With their house the only one presently listed here (at the over inflated price of two years ago) they have decreased the value of their little cracker box two fold. Once by opening the area to any kind of construction or mobile home and secondly by building an eyesore no one would want beside their house. Come see this amazing FUBAR for your self on Wild Mustang Way in Thunderbird Canyon; you can’t miss it!
